It is not people’s fault. We can’t accuse people of what they do or don’t do. Behaviours come from chemical impulses, and therefore mechanical reactions that start because of our subconscious. This one produces the substances for the cells that make the person behave the way they are used to. A true chemical addiction. That’s right. Chemical addiction can not only come from the outside of our bodies but also from the inside of it. This is the reason why it is so hard to break a habit, even if it is a dangerous one.


You shouldn’t impose to yourself a strict diet or some exercise because it is the constriction that makes you frustrated.
